Save As/Export
[Previous] [Main] [Next]

You may export your dbf file to a variety of formats.
To save/export a DBF file, open File | Save as/Export menu, or right-click and select Export to command, or click the corresponding icon on the toolbar.
Select the location and format of the exported file and click Save. The available formats are: DBF, Text , PRG, CSV, XLS, SQL, RTF and HTML. Export to dialog box opens

· Select the fields to be exported and specify their order using up and down arrows.
· Select a field delimiter for the resulting table (only for text/csv files)

Before saving the HTML file displays the Save As dialog box which enables you to specify several options concerning the appearance and contents of the table or forms. Records can be rendered vertically in adjusted forms or horizontally in tables.

If you specify the maximum number of records per page, the program - if necessary - creates multiple linked HTML documents containing (no more than) the given number of records. The second and the subsequent file names are created by adding (1), (2),...,(n) to the original file name.
