To analyze statistics for the file, click View | Statistics menu, or click the corresponding icon on the toolbar.
Statistics dialog box opens

The table with data contains the following fields:
· Name - the field name  
· Minimum, Maximum, Average, and Sum - corresponding statistical data for each field.  

Deleted records below shows the number of deleted records in the file.

To print the report, click Print.
